By using Homewise you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy.
1. What Homewise provides
Homewise produces indicative market estimates and research for Singapore HDB resale flats, derived from public transaction data (data.gov.sg) with rule-based adjustments, plus AI-generated written commentary. Our output is for information only. It is not a licensed valuation, and not financial, legal, investment, or tax advice. For decisions that matter, consult a licensed valuer and your own professional advisers.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must not share, sell, or transfer your account.
3. Paid access
The full research report is available for SGD 39, which grants a 14-day access window. Payment is processed by Stripe. The paid tier includes the point estimate, comparable trail, market interpretation, investment analysis, negotiation strategy, and the downloadable report, as described on our Pricing page.
4. Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your report, contact us within 24 hours of purchase and we will process a full refund.
5. Acceptable use
You may not scrape, bulk-download, resell, or redistribute our data or reports, attempt to circumvent rate limits or access controls, or use the service to break the law. We may rate-limit, suspend, or terminate access for abuse.
6. Intellectual property
The Homewise name, site, methodology, and report formatting are our property. Underlying transaction data originates from data.gov.sg under its terms. You may use your own report for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
Estimates and AI-generated commentary may be incomplete or wrong and should be used alongside human judgment. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Homewise is provided “as is”, and we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
8. Changes
We may update the service and these terms from time to time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the Singapore courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
