01 How accurate are the valuations?
Our valuations are derived from public HDB transaction data via data.gov.sg, with rule-based adjustments for storey, area, lease and recency. We recommend using them as a starting point alongside a licensed appraiser for major decisions.
02 Do I need an account?
No. The Full Report purchase flow takes property details and an email address; the report link is delivered by email.
03 What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe.
04 What does '7-day access' mean?
Your report link is valid for seven days from purchase. During that window you can view the HTML report online and download the PDF up to three times.
05 Can I get a refund?
If you are not satisfied with your report, contact us within twenty-four hours and we will process a full refund.
06 What if I search the same property again?
If an active report exists for the same property and email within seven days, you will be redirected to your existing report. No double charge.
