Our valuations are based on actual HDB transaction data from data.gov.sg, analysed using AI. While highly accurate, we recommend using them as a reference alongside professional valuers for major decisions.
Do I need an account?
No account or login is required. You enter your property details, pay via Stripe, and receive your dossier link by email — that's it.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure payment partner, Stripe.
What does "7-day access" mean?
Your dossier link is valid for 7 days from purchase. During that window you can view the HTML report online and download the PDF up to 3 times. After 7 days the link expires.
Can I get a refund?
If you are not satisfied with your report, contact us within 24 hours and we will process a full refund.
What if I search the same property again?
If an active dossier exists for the same property and email within 7 days, you will be redirected to your existing report — no double charge.
